"I told my wife of 33-years that I would die in our present home, and certainly had no interest in moving. That was until we made a happen chance visit to the development of Mission Reserve. For both of us it was like love at first sight. What attracted me most was the roof work that adorned the newly constructed homes. No cracked shingles or threat of fire here. It didn't stop there. Each model home demonstrated a uniqueness and pride of workmanship rarely encountered in similar developments. That pride extended to the exterior surroundings as many lots back up to a water feature complete with fountain or an overview of the Ironhorse Golf Course. We are thrilled that our selection boasts both of these.

The homes feature unique architecture complete with courtyards, niches, varying ceiling heights, etc. It is rare that a model doesn't undergo the personal touches of the pending owner as was true in our case. The builder has been very accommodating to our wishes.

Being retired with no children living at home, we were pleased that our future neighbors share a similar background. The carefree aspect of year round maintenance provided make it easy for us to continue our world wide travels. It certainly is a convenient. We'll be moving in sometime in September, but feel that Mission Reserve is already home."

"Really love our new home, the location and the neighbors! Our builder has been the best we have worked with. Gave us a great build and the chance to add our own touches to the home!! His references for landscaping, pet fences etc. were right on with our needs!

Our walks around our neighborhood and its very own lake path have been so convenient and great exercise!!The nearness of Mill Creek Parkway with its opportunity to hike, bike and just enjoy the countryside with easy access to Shawnee Mission Park amenities is a real plus! The easy drive to the airport and The Plaza and south Johnson county is a real plus for us, also.

We lived in Prairie Villlage for 18 plus years and then back from Rapid City, SD after 5 years. A nine month search and we found this great area! The gals in the sales office have been great to acclimate relocaters to the area, long after the purchase - a service that is much appreciated!!
